Heidelberg Instruments and the University of Utah invite you to join us for a two-day workshop exploring recent advances in micro- and nanolithography, with a focus on the NanoFrazor and the DWL 66⁺ Laser Lithography System.

The first day features talks from leading researchers and Heidelberg Instruments engineers, covering novel applications in nanofabrication, thermal scanning probe lithography, and direct write laser lithography. Confirmed speakers include faculty and graduate researchers from the University of Utah alongside R&D engineers from Heidelberg Instruments.
The day concludes with live tool demonstrations, giving attendees a direct view of the capabilities of both systems in action.
On the second day, participants may join hands-on training sessions and targeted tool demonstrations tailored to specific process needs.

Coffee and snacks will be provided. The event is free to attend.
