Instituto de Sistemas Optoelectrónicos y Microtecnología (ISOM) and Heidelberg Instruments invite you to join us for a half-day event exploring the latest developments in nanolithography.
The event will introduce thermal scanning probe lithography (t-SPL) and progressively delve deeper into the ongoing research at ISOM, as well as the latest advances in processing technologies.
The event will conclude with a visit to the lab, where you will have the opportunity to see the NanoFrazor in action through a live demonstration.
Coffee and snacks will be provided by ISOM. The event is free to attend.
